Natia Lemay (b. 1985 Toronto, Canada). is a Toronto-based artist whose practice has gained rapid international recognition for its psychologically charged, narrative-driven painting. She holds an MFA in Painting and Printmaking from Yale School of Art (2023) and a BFA from Ontario College of Art and Design University (2021). Lemay’s work has been exhibited widely across the United States and Canada, including museum presentations such as The Intuitionist at 21c Museum in Durham, NC (2025). Her recent and forthcoming solo exhibitions include What the Edge Knows at CIBC Square, Toronto (2025), Soft Tissue at Galerie Nicolas Robert, Montréal (2025), and Manque Melancholia at Galerie Nicolas Robert, Toronto (2024).

Lemay has participated in major international art fairs with leading galleries, including The Armory Show, Felix Art Fair, ADAA: The Art Show, Untitled Miami, Expo Chicago, and Dallas Art Fair, showing with Yossi Milo Gallery, Wilding Cran Gallery, and Galerie Nicolas Robert. Her work is held in several prominent public collections, including the High Museum of Art (Atlanta), the Minneapolis Institute of Art, the Minnesota Museum of American Art, the Montclair Museum of Art, the North Dakota Museum of Art, and the Art Gallery of Ontario.

She is the recipient of the Northern Trust Award at Expo Chicago (2024) and has completed residencies at The Fountainhead in Miami and The Royal Drawing School in Scotland. Lemay has been invited as a visiting artist and lecturer at institutions such as Brown University, the University of Toronto, and OCAD University.
